Job summary

ComplexCare Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead client product implementations.

You will support Customer Success, Product and Technology teams to prepare client-ready materials and implementation timelines across multiple products for both new and existing clients. This role manages client relationships, project timelines and deliverables, engages internal partners to deliver on time, high-quality results, and identifies risks with mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in production or implementation environments.
• Experience leading a team or implementation projects.
• Understanding of both business and technical aspects of project management.
• Ability to understand the company’s products and process, regulatory and competitive environments.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Proven problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, implementation schedules, and governance for multiple client implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for new client implementations and onboarding.
• Lead implementation of new products and services for existing clients.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Develop, maintain, and review detailed project plans with stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks and dependencies.
• Manage change control, scope modifications, and enhancements.
• Coordinate configurations, data integrations, file specs, and SLA deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with client partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead internal and client-facing status meetings and report progress.
• Collaborate across functions to achieve objectives and implement process improvements.
• Present findings and updates to senior leadership clearly and concisely.
• Maintain compliance with CCS policies and HIPAA requirements.
