Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company seeks an Existing Business Sales Manager to execute a local market sales strategy for the O500 Buyer Group, improving client retention, competitive positioning and membership growth. You will lead a team delivering consultative health and wellness solutions, reporting to the Market President and shaping market leadership.

You will influence strategy, manage a multidisciplinary team, and drive earnings while upholding the company brand in a dynamic market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of industry related experience; minimum of 5 years of sales experience required.
• Sales management experience preferred, including recruitment, selection and development of new sales representatives.
• Excellent knowledge of sales management process and account penetration strategy.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and develop staff.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to support strong sales growth; able to adapt in a changing market.
