Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations to join a leader in Hospitals & Medical Centers. The role leads strategy and execution for integrating client data and applications across complex healthcare environments, overseeing a team of integration professionals.

You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver scalable solutions that support operational and clinical workflows. Location: Remote – US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software integration with a track record of managing complex initiatives.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with strong team management skills.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, ETL, and middleware.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will lead the strategy and execution for integrating client data and applications across complex healthcare environments. You will oversee a team of integration professionals, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, establish priorities, and deliver scalable solutions. The position is highly focused on program leadership, integration roadmaps, and ensuring smooth delivery of technical initiatives that support operational and clinical workflows.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategies and manage project execution for seamless system integration
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists and engineers to develop integration solutions
