For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager (Healthcare) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead large, complex programs within a healthcare environment, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination, executive visibility, and disciplined delivery. The Sr. Program Manager will oversee multiple workstreams, ensure program health across schedule, budget, and risk, and support strategic initiatives that require close partnership with senior leadership and stakeholders. A strong financial management mindset is important, as this position will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and tracking for assigned programs. The ideal candidate will bring healthcare experience and the ability to drive clear communication, structured execution, and outcomes in a fast-paced technology setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

• ServiceNow Project Management experience preferred.
• Preferred exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java and React applications, AWS Lambda, and Figma.
