Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations to join a leader in Hospitals & Medical Centers. The role leads strategy and execution for integrating client data and applications across complex healthcare environments, overseeing a team of integration professionals.

You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver scalable solutions that support operational and clinical workflows. Location: Remote – US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software integration with a track record of managing complex initiatives.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with strong team management skills.
• Deep understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, ETL, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategies and manage project execution for seamless system integration.
• Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists and engineers to develop integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain an integration roadmap with milestones and timelines.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of integration tools and technologies.
• Manage all aspects of integration project delivery, including planning and risk management.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and take proactive measures.
