Remote for US-based candidates only; compensation ranges from $104,000 to $143,000 annually and includes medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, parental and caregiver leave, disability and life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering concurrent complex technical initiatives end-to-end
• 1+ years in technical product selection and IT solution implementation, ideally in regulated industries
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with executives
• 3+ years with SDLC Project Management
• Ability to analyze complex situations strategically

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide complex technology initiatives that support care delivery operations in a regulated healthcare environment. The Senior IT Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong control of interdependencies. This position also plays a key role in selecting technical solutions, implementing systems, and influencing broader departmental priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 – $143,000 annually
