Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Integrations Tech Lead / Solutions Architect to guide the architecture of a healthcare interoperability platform. This remote US role collaborates with engineering, product, and customer teams to shape solutions and long-term platform strategy.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in software/architecture, 5+ years in enterprise healthcare integrations, and deep expertise in HL7v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, REST APIs, and major EMR platforms such as

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Healthcare Interoperability.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise healthcare integrations.
• Strong experience with HL7v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating with Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Athenahealth, Homecare Homebase or similar EMR/EHR platforms.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data mapping, workflow integrations and patient management.
• Experience with integration engines such as Mirth, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf or similar.
• Proven experience designing integration architectures and making key technical decisions, with the ability to clearly explain the rationale behind them.
• Experience defining, building or overseeing API strategies and implementations.
• Experience building cloud- distributed systems, ideally on AWS.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Recent HealthTech experience is essential.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Integrations Tech Lead / Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and technical direction of a rapidly growing healthcare interoperability platform.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll work across Engineering, Product, Delivery and customer teams, helping shape both customer solutions and long-term platform strategy.
