Job summary

Ladders, a leader in Aerospace & Defense, seeks a Manager of Technical Project Management to guide large-scale systems integration and data migration for mission-critical operations. This role directs cross-functional teams, coordinates implementation planning, and ensures operational readiness and cutover success.

You will manage dependencies among engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders, oversee production readiness, and drive major workstreams across interfaces and data moves.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technical project/program management experience in enterprise systems.
  • Experience leading large-scale systems integration initiatives involving APIs, EDI, and multi-system connectivity.
  • Proven track record in managing large data migrations for mission-critical systems.
  • Healthcare payer or claims processing experience, especially with institutional and professional claims.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, integration testing, and production cutover processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers and government customers.
  • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Technical Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead complex technical project efforts that support large-scale systems integration and data migration initiatives tied to mission-critical operations. The manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive implementation planning, and help ensure technical readiness, cutover success, and operational stability. This position also plays a key role in resolving dependencies and aligning engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders around delivery milestones.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $216,000 annually
