Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations to lead a team of Data Engineers and Integration Engineers. You will shape technology roadmaps, drive Agile/Scrum delivery, and manage stakeholder communications across IT, engineering, product, and business units.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) plus years experience in software integration, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex integration initiatives.
  • Three (3) plus years leadership responsibility with strong team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, including APIs, ETL, messaging queues, and middleware.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare, specifically Medicaid and Medicare Advantage environments, and the ability to navigate healthcare strategy and tools.
  • Solid project management skills, including Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical or detailed information into clear messages for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of integration specialists, engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
  • Develop and maintain an integration roadmap with milestones, timelines, and resources.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of integration tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Manage project delivery including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Mentor leaders on performance, career development, onboarding, and succession planning.

Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations to lead the team responsible for integrating and delivering partner and client data across the organization. This role leads a team of Data Engineers and Application/Integration Engineers and is responsible for technology roadmaps, delivery planning, Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder management, production operations, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong Program Management and technical delivery skills with a solid understanding of data integration and engineering. This is a player-coach role requiring the ability to engage in technical discussions, guide teams, manage complex delivery efforts, and work effectively across business and technology organizations.

You will... Play a key role in defining integration strategies, managing project execution, and ensuring the seamless integration of systems and applications across the organization. Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to gather integration requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for integration projects. Oversee the selection and implementation of integration tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. Manage all aspects of integration project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Monitor and track integration project performance, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and taking proactive measures to mitigate potential impacts. Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to support integration efforts and drive innovation. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on integration projects, including progress against milestones, budget, and resource utilization. Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in integration and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Determine appropriate staffing and resources to achieve goals and objectives. Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals. Direct and mentor leaders on performance, career development, onboarding, succession planning, employee relations, and other people-management responsibilities. Own employee satisfaction and retention and support initiatives that strengthen team performance. Direct and influence change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross-functionally. Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Salary: $140,000-$175,000 This role is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
