The incumbent will guide enterprise implementations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and lead transformations across ambulatory and population health workflows. Remote-US based, visa not provided.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, or workflow optimization.
• Experience leading enterprise clinical transformation or EHR optimization initiatives at scale.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Clinical Systems to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This leader will oversee the strategy, governance, and optimization of clinical systems that support advanced primary care and value-based care initiatives. The role will partner closely with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to align technology investments with organizational priorities and improve care delivery workflows. In addition, this leader will guide enterprise implementations and transformations while ensuring clinical applications meet regulatory, safety, and operational standards.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $165,951 – $248,926 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical applications strategy to support advanced primary care and value-based care objectives.
• Establish and lead governance processes for prioritizing technology investments and lifecycle decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, informatics, business, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, or workflow optimization, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading enterprise clinical transformation or EHR optimization initiatives at scale.
• Ability to effectively drive operational and technology initiatives in complex healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory and/or population health clinical workflows.
