Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Account Management in the United States to lead a team managing strategic consumer-to-business payments clients and partners. You will translate business priorities into account plans, drive service standards and operating rhythms, and coordinate with product, operations, and sales to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years of client account management and leadership experience.
5+ years in strategic account planning; client relationship management; executive reviews; analytics; negotiations; governance and cadence design; presentations.
5+ years of financial and commercial analysis; go-to-market planning; product implementation and launch readiness.
Experience working with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic client account management and executive engagement for priority clients and partners, renewals, negotiations and expansion opportunities.
Coach and develop the Client Account Management team with clear goals, performance measures, and development plans.
Drive client delivery, onboarding, product rollout, service delivery, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
Design and improve the account management operating model, processes, governance, and health metrics.
Lead go-to-market readiness for strategic client growth; coordinate cross-functional teams and client-facing materials.
