Western Union is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Planning to drive planning, governance, and program management across functional pillars. The role partners with executive leadership to build integrated business plans and monitor progress against priorities.

You will serve as a key advisor, providing strategic insights, financial oversight, and leadership on enterprise initiatives, while ensuring performance metrics are achieved and decisions are well supported.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of professional experience in strategic planning, business operations, finance, program management, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to influence across multiple levels.
• Strong strategic planning, program management, and execution capabilities.
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams to common goals.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level reporting and business cases.
