Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Regional Vice President, Strategic Performance, to support Hyatt Luxury Brands within America's Performance Hub. You will collaborate with Portfolio Health and Operational Performance to strengthen hotel performance and deepen owner relationships.

You will lead a team, use data-driven insights, and drive strategic actions to improve guest experience and luxury service delivery across a portfolio of 10–15 hotels, traveling up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

10+ years of hotel operations and/or commercial or finance experience.
Prior hotel General Manager or above-property/regional experience desired, luxury preferred.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate performance data into operating actions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a portfolio of approximately 10–15 Hotel GMs and leadership teams, providing coaching and succession support.
Drive hotel performance across financial results and guest satisfaction by diagnosing gaps and creating action plans.
Strengthen owner relationships by communicating performance and priorities and addressing concerns.
Apply independent judgment on hiring and leadership accountability in partnership with HR and leaders.
Collaborate with Commercial teams on revenue, sales, marketing, and demand-generation opportunities.
Review hotel-level financial recommendations and present items requiring approval to owners and Corporate leaders.
Partner with Brand teams to align with Luxury Brand standards and priorities.
