The Role

Responsibilities include providing strategic and operational support to the Americas Performance Hub leadership team, driving alignment of business priorities, managing key initiatives, and supporting organizational effectiveness across the Americas. This includes oversight of strategic workstreams, program governance, cross-functional coordination, and Owner Relations activities, including owner systems access, engagement programs, and key owner events. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve operational efficiencies, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support special initiatives that drive business outcomes across the Americas.

Qualifications

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 6+ years experience in internal or external consulting, enterprise operations, corporate strategy
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and functions in a complex corporate or hospitality environment.
• Experience in program management or operations as part of a high-growth team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with owners, operators, senior leaders, hotel teams, and corporate partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, including the ability to identify issues, research root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.

Experience Preferred:

• Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting meetings, conferences, councils, orientations, or other large-scale stakeholder engagement activities
• Hospitality industry experience and familiarity with hotel operations and owner/operator relationships strongly
• Relevant strategy, change management, or project/program management certification

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$160,000k. This role is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
