Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations to lead cross-portfolio initiatives, aligning operations, analytics, technology, and brand performance to improve hotel results and guest experiences.

You will translate priorities into scalable strategies, oversee analytics and guest service, and partner with owners, brand partners, and executive leadership to drive durable performance across the HHM portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in hotel operations, strategic operations, or related discipline.
• Experience managing multi-property portfolios of branded and independent hotels.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives.
• Willingness to travel regularly to portfolio properties.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the strategic operations agenda aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Convert enterprise objectives into operating plans, tools, and measures.
• Lead analytics, guest service, and transition readiness across HHM’s portfolio.
• Advise executive leadership on risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee owner relations and reporting to ownership groups.
