Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Regional Vice President, Strategic Performance, to support Hyatt Luxury Brands within America's Performance Hub. You will collaborate with Portfolio Health, Operational Performance, Field Operations and cross-functional partners to strengthen hotel performance, develop General Managers, deepen owner relationships, and advance guest experience across the luxury portfolio.

Qualifications

Experience leading hotel performance, leadership accountability and owner relationships across complex environments.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to translate data into actions.
Experience with luxury service standards and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead, support and develop a portfolio of approximately 10-15 Hotel General Managers and their leadership teams.
Drive hotel performance across financial results and guest satisfaction with action plans and follow-through.
Strengthen owner relationships by communicating performance and priorities and addressing concerns.
Apply asset-management perspective to hotel strategy and capital priorities for long-term value.
Partner with Brand teams to align with Luxury Brand standards and drive inspiration across portfolio.
