Job summary

Kroll seeks a Senior Manager of Communications to lead strategic internal communications across transformation initiatives in a global organization. You will partner with senior leaders to craft timely messages, drive change adoption, and align messaging with regional audiences.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled optimization, stakeholder coordination, and strong editorial standards to inform and engage employees across Service Lines and functions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in internal, corporate or change communications within a complex organization.
• Strong writing, editing and message-development skills, with the ability to simplify technical content for diverse audiences.
• Experience producing leader communications, change materials and multi‑channel content under tight deadlines.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve communications research, drafting, and workflow efficiency with strong human review.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a communications partner across IFS functions, supporting functional priorities and initiatives affecting colleagues or the business.
• Develop audience-specific plans and materials translating technical detail into clear messages for employees, managers and leaders.
• Coordinate routine and strategic updates with the Communications calendar, identifying dependencies and risks of overload.
• Work with the CEO office to prioritize requests where messages or timing overlap.
• Manage communications for assigned change initiatives, explaining the case for change and required actions.
• Draft and edit leadership messages, emails, intranet content, FAQs, and manager toolkits to a high editorial standard.
• Recommend channels, formats and cadence appropriate to audience needs and message sensitivity.
• Equip sponsors and managers to explain changes consistently and respond to questions, gathering feedback.
