Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years in communications, PR, journalism, or content.
• Excellent writing/editing with a multi-format portfolio.
• Know-how of PR/earned media and press-style writing.
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and enterprise tech for business audiences.
• Self-starter with ability to lead multiple channels without heavy direction.
• Experience publishing on social media and using analytics tools.
• Strong organization to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage corporate social media channels from strategy to reporting.
• Produce internal newsletter and collect updates from across the business.
• Write and edit technical and thought-leadership blog posts with SMEs.
• Support executive communications: briefs, talking points, by-lined content.
• Coordinate communications for events, webinars, and conferences.
• Own editorial calendar across blog, social, and internal channels.
• Repurpose stories for blog, social, and newsletter formats.
• Partner with PR to translate announcements into blog/social/news content.
• Identify story angles with earned-media potential and flag to PR.
• Maintain consistent voice and style across channels.
• Track content performance and use data to refine strategy.
