Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Manager of Communications to lead transformation storytelling, executive messaging, and engagement across a global, matrixed organization. You will translate complex tech initiatives into clear narratives that resonate with employees, leaders, customers, and partners.

You will partner with Digital & Enterprise Transformation leaders and communications teams, shaping content, campaigns, and measurement while leveraging AI tools to boost impact and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Six years of corporate communications experience with enterprise transformation exposure.
• Experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies for global audiences.
• Ability to translate complex business and technology topics into clear, compelling communications.
• Experience counseling senior leaders and developing executive communications and leadership content.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a fast-moving, global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies for Digital & Enterprise Transformation initiatives, including major technology rollouts and AI adoption.
• Create and deliver communications materials: messaging, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, leadership materials, and employee communications.
• Plan and execute change communications for major transformations, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Advise leaders on communications and messaging; develop executive communications for priorities.
• Identify and develop stories showing transformation progress and business value.
• Plan employee and leadership engagement events: town halls, leadership meetings, campaigns, recognition.
• Coordinate communications across teams to ensure timely, consistent messaging.
• Measure effectiveness using feedback, analytics, and AI tools to improve impact.
