Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience.
• 7+ years advising and influencing executive leadership experience.
• Experience with Social Media and Channel Management Strategy.
• Experience with brand strategy and reputation management.

Responsibilities

• Develop communications strategies that position ProServe and FDE as leaders in enterprise AI transformation and forward-deployed engineering.
• Define measurement requirements for communications initiatives.
• Identify and capture delivery outcomes, customer transformation stories, and technical proof points, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure coherent positioning.
• Build relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, from C-level executives to subject matter experts.
