Assurant, Inc. is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join the Global Communications team.

You will partner with executives to connect, inform, and inspire employees worldwide, translating strategy into clear, engaging narratives that drive understanding and action. You’ll shape integrated communications plans across channels, collaborating with Marketing and cross-functional teams, measuring impact to continuously improve messaging and business outcomes, including AI-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience, preferably in communications.
8+ years of internal communications experience in a large, global organization.
Experience developing and leading integrated campaigns.
Experience leading complex organizational change projects.
Familiarity with insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
Experience using digital collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Monday.com).

Responsabilités

Serve as trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic counsel on communications that support business priorities.
Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for global audiences.
Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and plans across channels.
Partner with Communications, Marketing and cross-functional teams for consistency and alignment.
Elevate stories connecting strategy, innovation (including AI), and people to show business impact.
Measure impact using data to refine messaging and effectiveness.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset across deliverables.
