Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. Company seeks a leader to drive complex communication and change initiatives across a matrixed organization.

You will manage multiple projects, deliver AI-enabled communications, and ensure messaging is compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives. You will plan cross-functional communications, design multi-channel journeys, and partner with teams to ensure governance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Equivalent professional experience or relevant education and experience.
• Experience in project or program management, including execution of complex initiatives.
• Strong project and portfolio management capabilities, including scheduling, risk management, dependency management, scenario planning, and use of AI-generated insights.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications; AdaptiveWork experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and/or PMI certification preferred.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience applying AI and automation tools to communications, content, or project management workflows, including prompt development and quality review of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent communication projects within standalone initiatives or programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and negotiate resource needs with staffing managers.
• Plan and deliver multifaceted communications for change events to different stakeholder audiences.
• Orchestrate AI-enabled, multi-channel customer communications across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and governance.
• Develop communication assets for diverse audiences and channels with stakeholder review.
• Enforce governance standards and ensure compliance with quality, privacy requirements.
• Leverage data, sentiment scoring, and AI governance to improve adoption and decision-making.
