Job summary

Charles River Associates seeks a Manager, Internal Communications to establish and lead a centralized internal communications function that informs, aligns, and engages employees across the firm.

You will define the firm narrative, ensure consistent messaging, and coordinate with Marketing, Human Capital and senior leadership to drive adoption of strategic initiatives such as AI, CRM, and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide communication strategies and transformation programs.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership.
• Experience building or scaling communications functions or operating models.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a firmwide internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities and transformation initiatives.
• Own messaging, timing, and reinforcement of key initiatives across the organization.
• Translate complex priorities into clear, actionable communications.
• Lead execution of core internal channels (newsletters, leadership communications, campaigns, All Hands).
• Develop and manage the internal editorial calendar with prioritization and sequencing.
• Embed communications into major firm initiatives (AI, CRM, operational changes) to drive adoption.
