Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a strong understanding of US GAAP required.
• 7+ years of experience within a public accounting firm or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services required.
• Sufficient experience with technical accounting and understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Interest in and experience with technical accounting matters.
• Able to navigate ambiguous and complex client assignments.
• Proven experience scoping, presenting, and selling client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver accounting advisory services for engagements.
• Direct activities of junior professionals and draft deliverables.
• Interact with client leadership (CFOs, Controllers, Business Owners).
• Assist with planning, field work, engagement wrap up and deliverable composition.
• Maintain strong client focus and productive relationships to meet objectives.
• Leverage automation and digital processes to improve performance.
