The role emphasizes technical accounting, policy development, and onboarding clients through complex engagements, including IPO readiness, SPAC considerations, and GAAP conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with strong US GAAP understanding.
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting or industry with audit, accounting or consulting.
• Experience with technical accounting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting advisory engagements from planning to deliverables.
• Provide technical accounting consultation and aid in standard implementations.
• Interface with client leadership (CFOs, Controllers, business owners) and draft deliverables.
