Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Senior Manager for our CFO Advisory – Accounting Advisory practice. The role offers hybrid flexibility or remote work for the right candidate with project-based travel.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, and deliver technical accounting insights for both public and private company clients, driving growth within our Advisory practice while upholding integrity and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a strong understanding of US GAAP.
• 7+ years of experience within a public accounting firm or industry environment performing audit, accounting or consulting services.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and ability to drive engagement growth.
• Strong client focus and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage engagements by delivering timely and accurate accounting advisory services.
• Direct activities of junior professionals and draft deliverables.
• Engage with client leadership (CFOs, Controllers, business owners)
• Plan, field work, wrap up and deliverable composition across engagements.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
