Job summary

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Senior Manager for our CFO Advisory – Accounting Advisory practice in the United States. Hybrid flexibility is available, with some travel for projects as needed.

The ideal candidate combines deep US GAAP expertise with strong client service and leadership skills to mentor staff and grow the advisory practice. You will manage engagements, provide technical accounting support, and collaborate with CFOs, Controllers and business owners to deliver timely, quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a strong understanding of US GAAP.
7+ years of experience in public accounting or industry performing audit, accounting or consulting services.
CPA and/or MBA preferred; ability to scoping, presenting and selling engagements.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver accounting advisory engagements, including technical accounting matters.
Lead junior professionals, direct project activities and draft deliverables.
Discuss with client leadership and support readiness for IPO/SPAC or GAAP conversions.
Drive growth within the Advisory practice and mentor team members.
