Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Five+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• CPA certification and bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with executive sponsors and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage deadlines and expectations for delivery across engagements.
• Develop proposals and participate in presentations to win new work.
• Mentor and develop managers and senior staff on projects.
• Drive profitability, billing and collections aligned with engagement risk.
• Build cross‑line relationships to expand services and opportunities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional firm services.
• Lead by example to improve morale and contribute to staff development.
