Qualifications

• Eight (8+) years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Five (5)+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement oversight with client executives and sponsors.
• Be accessible and anticipate client needs and issues.
• Schedule internal and external deadlines to meet delivery.
• Interact at the highest levels of client organizations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across service lines.
• Lead by example to improve morale and retain staff.
• Contribute to attracting, retaining, and developing staff and managers.
