You will collaborate with senior partners, lead client meetings, and pursue business development opportunities. You will oversee engagements, manage delivery with cross-functional teams, and drive profitability and risk management while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement oversight and client satisfaction with executives and sponsors.
• Anticipate client needs and address questions and issues.
• Schedule internal and external deadlines to meet delivery timelines.
• Interact with senior client leaders.
