Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join its CFO Accounting Advisory practice within Financial Accounting Advisory Services. You will help CFOs, Controllers and Finance Directors improve financial reporting and drive value through technical analysis and process improvements.

You'll work with clients across industries, supervise staff, and interact with senior leaders to deliver practical, data-driven insights. Travel up to 25% with a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• 6+ years in a large accounting firm in audit or advisory.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite or Intacct.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead GAAP advisory projects and provide financial analysis.
• Supervise and train staff on engagements.
• Interact with senior managers and partners on engagement management.
• Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist with recruiting and campus programs.
• Travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid environment.
