Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Five+ years of supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• CPA certification and strong accounting background.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement oversight and interact with client executives and sponsors to drive client satisfaction.
• Be proactive in anticipating client needs, questions, and issues.
• Schedule internal and external deadlines to meet client expectations for delivery.
• Interact with senior levels of client organizations to present analyses and proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues across service lines and project teams.
• Lead proposals and presentations that win new engagements and opportunities.
