Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager to join our CFO Accounting Advisory practice. You will provide leadership, project management, and team-building skills to solve client problems related to finance and accounting functions, collaborating with managers and partners.

Responsibilities include overseeing engagements, meeting client expectations, interacting with senior executives, supporting business development, and mentoring staff while maintaining profitability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, financial advisory or transaction services at a large firm.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience mentoring staff.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking
• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel for data-driven insights
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present analyses to management
• Ability to work well in a team with client personnel
