About the Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for leadership, team collaboration, and career growth within our National Tax Department, serving high-profile clients with domestic and international tax planning services. You will work on complex tax engagements, develop partnership models, and provide strategic tax advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tax advisory services on joint venture and partnership tax matters, including acquisitions, formations, restructuring, and dispositions.
• Apply technical tax concepts to deal structures and industry-specific situations.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely services.
• Develop industry knowledge and stay updated on tax policies and research tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, with at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree in Tax or Law with over five years of experience.
• Strong understanding of federal income and partnership taxation.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and tax technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or Bar membership.
• Experience with tax transaction modeling.
