Senior Manager - Business Tax Services- Passthrough Transactions Group- Analytics

This position is based anywhere in the country and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team on challenging tax engagements, focusing on partnership and passthrough transaction modeling and advisory services.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing tax advisory services on joint venture and partnership matters, including acquisition, formation, operation, restructuring, and disposition.
• Applying technical tax concepts to deal structures and industry segments.
• Mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality, timely service to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, with at least six years of experience, or a graduate degree with more than five years of experience.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation, especially partnership taxation.
• Strong technical and MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred:

• CPA certification or Bar membership for advancement.
• Experience with tax transaction modeling.
