About the Role

We are seeking a Partnership Transaction Modeling Senior Manager for our National Passthrough Transactions Group (PTG). You will work on complex tax engagements, providing quality tax planning services, and have opportunities for leadership and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services on joint venture and partnership tax matters, including formation, operation, restructuring, and disposition.
• Apply technical tax concepts to various deal structures and industry segments.
• Demonstrate and apply advanced partnership tax skills and knowledge.
• Deliver high-quality, timely service exceeding client expectations.
• Develop technical expertise through mentorship and learning from recognized tax professionals.
• Guide and develop junior staff, providing performance feedback.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in client relationships and work products.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, with at least six years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree in Tax or Law with over five years of experience.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation, especially partnership taxation.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or Bar membership.
• Experience with tax transaction modeling.
