About the Role

Our National Tax Department (NTD) serves high-profile clients, offering domestic and international transactional tax planning and advisory services. We focus on responsible and proactive management of clients’ tax obligations, making a significant impact. We are seeking a Partnership Transaction Modeling Senior Manager for our National Passthrough Transactions Group (PTG). This role involves working on complex tax engagements, delivering quality services, and providing leadership and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services on joint venture and partnership matters, including acquisition, formation, restructuring, and disposition.
• Apply tax concepts to deal structures and industry segments.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of tax concepts and effectively apply them to client situations.
• Deliver high-quality, timely service exceeding client expectations.
• Enhance technical skills through ongoing learning with recognized tax professionals.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, providing performance feedback and developmental support.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in client relationships and work products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related; 6+ years of experience, or a graduate degree in Tax or Law with 5+ years of experience.
• Broad exposure to federal income and partnership taxation.
• Strong technical tax skills and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and work additional hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or Bar membership (for advancement).
• Experience with tax transaction modeling.
