About the Role

Located anywhere in the country, this role involves working with high-profile clients, providing transactional tax planning services, and leading challenging tax engagements. You will develop partnership models, research industry financials, and communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive tax advisory services on joint venture and partnership tax matters, including acquisition, formation, operation, restructuring, and disposition.
• Applying technical tax concepts to deal structures and industry segments.
• Mentoring junior staff and guiding team development.
• Ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery that exceeds client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, with 6+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Broad exposure to federal income and partnership taxation.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• CPA certification or Bar membership.
• Experience with tax transaction modeling.
