About the Role

We are seeking a Partnership Transaction Modeling Senior Manager within our National Passthrough Transactions Group (PTG). You will work on complex tax engagements, providing high-quality tax planning services to a diverse client base. This role offers excellent opportunities for leadership, collaboration, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services on joint venture and partnership tax matters, including acquisitions, formations, operations, restructuring, and dispositions.
• Apply technical tax concepts to various deal structures and industry segments.
• Demonstrate strong technical partnership tax skills and apply tax knowledge effectively.
• Deliver high-quality, timely service exceeding client expectations.
• Enhance technical expertise through learning from experienced professionals.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, with at least six years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree in Tax or Law with over five years of experience.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation, especially partnership taxation.
• Strong technical tax skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or membership in The Bar.
• Experience with tax transaction modeling.
