Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Branded & Specialty Rx Contracts. You will lead end-to-end negotiations and manage contract terms in collaboration with Global Procurement and other internal teams.

This remote role supports candidates in the U.S. Eastern or Central time zones, with travel to Philadelphia 4–5 times per year as needed. A four-year degree and contract-negotiation experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-4 years of direct contract negotiation experience.
• Pharmaceutical healthcare contracting and/or distribution sourcing experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead distribution agreement negotiations for assigned manufacturer accounts.
• Coordinate strategy with Channel Strategy & Product Access teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to document terms.
• Maintain contract language library and ensure compliance with lifecycle management.
