Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Manager Branded & Specialty Rx Contracts for a remote role open to candidates in the U.S. Eastern or Central time zones. You will negotiate and administer branded and specialty Rx agreements, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to finalize terms.

Travel to Philadelphia 4-5 times per year may be required. A bachelor’s degree and 3-4 years of contracting experience are preferred. The role reports to the VP Global Branded Rx Sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–4 years of direct contract negotiation experience.
• Pharmaceutical healthcare contracting and/or distribution sourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution agreement negotiations for branded and specialty Rx with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate negotiation strategy with Channel Strategy & Product Access teams.
• Ensure contractual terms reflect business terms and are properly documented.
• Maintain a library of standard contract language and variations.
• Provide updates to Cencora leaders on negotiations and changes.
