Cencora is seeking a senior contracts and sourcing professional to join remotely in the U.S. (Eastern or Central time zones) with periodic travel to Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, supply chain, finance or related field.
• 3-4 years of direct contract negotiation experience.
• Pharmaceutical healthcare contracting or distribution sourcing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution agreement negotiations end-to-end for assigned manufacturers.
• Drive alignment on negotiation strategy between business units and manufacturers.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Replenishment Operations, and others to document input.
• Maintain a library of acceptable variations of standard contract language.
• Represent Cencora in complex negotiations and outline alliance terms.
• Update business leaders on pending negotiations and relevant updates.
• Ensure contract life-cycle management compliance with policies.
• Lead initiatives to optimize sourcing processes and reduce team workload.
• Collaborate to ensure contract compliance and adherence to metrics.
• Monitor contract updates to sourcing technology and CRM tools (Salesforce).
