Job summary

Just Ingredients is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, B2B Collaborations to lead the business side of Co-Branded & Joint Product Development and licensing deals. You will own the deal, build the case, drive timelines, and manage partner relationships with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with Legal, R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to structure JDAs and licensing agreements, track ROI, and scale partnerships across channels from concept to market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or licensing.
• Experience building co-branded or co-developed products from concept through launch.
• Knowledge of licensing economics, exclusivity terms, and joint development agreements.
• Comfort coordinating with Legal, R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead co-branded and joint product development, from concept through market, including business case and timeline.
• Structure and negotiate joint development agreements and licensing terms.
• Build and maintain the collaboration strategy and ROI tracking across partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align activity with business priorities.
