Job summary

Just Ingredients is seeking a seasoned Athlete Partnerships Manager to own and grow our athlete program. You will identify, recruit, and manage partnerships that reflect our real-ingredients brand and drive measurable growth across marketing channels.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, track performance, and ensure on-time execution of campaigns in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sports marketing, athlete or influencer partnerships.
• Proven track record sourcing, negotiating, and managing athlete partnerships end-to-end.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contracts, usage rights and deliverables.
• Experience owning budgets and measuring ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the athlete partnership strategy and align roster with brand, product, and business goals.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of partnerships across marketing channels.
• Ensure contracts deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and payments.
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and events on campaigns and launches.
• Manage content approvals and brand guideline compliance.
