Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, AI Fluency & Adoption to shape how Operations staff develop AI proficiency and practical habits for an AI-enabled workplace. You will design scalable learning programs, build communities, and collaborate with leadership to drive responsible AI use at scale.

The role focuses on workforce readiness, alignment with Operations priorities, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective adoption of AI tools like Copilot across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable AI fluency and adoption roadmap aligned with Operations priorities and measurable workforce-readiness outcomes.
• Design role-based learning journeys, proficiency expectations, and practical development pathways.
• Create and facilitate hands-on learning experiences with Microsoft 365 Copilot and other approved AI tools.
• Build and sustain AI Champion, Power User, and peer-learning communities across the organization.
• Equip leaders to model effective AI use and address barriers while promoting responsible experimentation.
• Translate AI concepts into clear, audience-specific guidance for employees and leaders.
• Use adoption data and feedback to identify needs, target interventions, and evaluate progress.
• Coordinate across Operations, Employee Experience, Communications, Technology, and learning partners.
