Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Fluency & Adoption to shape how Operations employees build knowledge and confidence for AI-enabled work. You will lead scalable learning programs, champion communities, and guide leaders in responsible AI use.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration at specified TX sites and requires strong change-management and communication skills to drive measurable workforce readiness and business impact.

• Translate AI concepts into audience-specific guidance
• Use adoption data and feedback to identify needs and interventions
