• Develop workforce scenarios and decision frameworks for leaders.
• Create a prioritized capability roadmap for near and long-term actions.
• Facilitate discussions on work design, role evolution, and readiness.
• Translate workforce implications into concise executive recommendations.
• Build alignment across partners without direct authority.
• Partner with AI Fluency and Adoption teams to craft learning and enablement.
