You will partner with business teams to identify opportunities, build compelling cases for change, and lead AI transformation initiatives across business, product, technology, and data functions, driving adoption and sustainable value.

• Lead AI-enabled initiatives from concept through implementation, scale, and sustained use.
• Mobilize cross-functional partners to maintain momentum and remove obstacles.
• Design pilots to test value quickly, evaluate results, and inform scaling decisions.
• Reimagine processes to embed AI, automation, and new capabilities into workflows.
• Lead change management and AI adoption with stakeholder readiness, training, and feedback.
• Establish sustainable production transitions with clear ownership, monitoring, and success measures.
