Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Security Operations Center, including a FedRAMP-authorized environment, with a focus on AI-enabled SOC capabilities and incident response leadership.

You will scale detection and response, build a mature 24/7 SOC, and drive strategic AI adoption while maintaining strong compliance and executive communication. This role reports to the security leadership in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations, incident response, or a related field, including leadership in a SOC.
• Experience serving as Incident Manager coordinating investigations under pressure.
• Experience building/maturing a SOC operating model: 24/7 coverage, playbooks, escalation.
• Hands-on with SIEM/SOAR platforms and ATT&CK techniques.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Strong communication skills for executive updates and cross-functional briefing.
• U.S. citizen for FedRAMP responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct 24/7 monitoring and ensure coverage across shifts and regions.
• Serve as Incident Manager for major security incidents and coordinate across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Own AI-enabled SOC roadmap: triage, investigation support, and automation.
• Ensure FedRAMP and other compliance processes are rigorously followed.
• Report on SOC metrics to executive leadership.
