Salesforce is seeking an experienced Product Manager with AI experience to lead strategic initiatives across the Employee Success portfolio, driving new products from ideation to delivery with cross-functional teams.

This highly visible role requires ownership, clear communication, and strong stakeholder influence, including executive partners, to deliver measurable outcomes that enhance the employee experience at Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience delivering new products from ideation to delivery, preferably HR tech or enterprise.
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for a portfolio.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with multiple initiatives.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to turn goals into plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across the Employee Success portfolio.
• Own full product lifecycle - from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Legal, Design, and other partners.
• Partner with engineering, design, and vendor teams to deliver new products on time and with high quality.
